Life as a Junior Artist in Brighton

Amazing but Lonely.
I can safely say I'm in a superbly happy place at the moment with where I'm working. Painting throughout the day with a kitchenette for those essential cups of coffee. All the while being paid for my time.
However, having had to make the move to a city where I know absolutely no one and where the studio I work at is only a small team in itself... finding good social points has been slow to start. As a result my time here when not working can be pretty dull.
That said, it's only ever the weekends where I find the lack of people knowing to be of any real issue. I'll be starting up some activities with this new year and I'

Life changer time

Tomorrow (26/11/2012) I move down to Brighton, UK, where I will be starting my new job as a junior artist with a games company!
Exciting and terrifying.
This will be my first major move that I am to consider a permanent placement for the foreseeable future. And from what I hear, I don't think I could be moving to a better place!
Times are changing, and I feel my focus tightening on what I want to do in life.
Onwards and upwards:]
